    You can attempt the following troubleshooting steps before calling HP for support on replacing the internal print server: 1. Replace network cable with known working one. 2. Try a different data jack. 3. Reboot printer and verify no errors. 4. Power off the printer and re-seat the internal print server. You can contact HP Support at 800-474-6836.     There are two additional ways to connect this printer. The most desirable way would be to connect and configure the printer on the local area network. This would allow all workstations to access it independent of the status of a specific workstation. The other option is to use a USB cable to connect the printer.     Unfortunately, these printers are unsupported, so there are no guarantees, but here is something to try: Open up the print session and at the top, click Communication > Configure and then click Setup in the center of the window. Uncheck "Transform print data" and click OK and then OK again. (You will be forced to sign on to the print session again.) This should change the page layout to Landscape.

    When you print a credit bureau, you have the option to select which tray the credit bureau will print from along with selecting the printer. You should enter "2" in this field to cause the credit bureau to print to the lower tray.
